VPA PROFILES

In addition to full-time VPA staff, we have access to a large pool of part-time helpers. Below are the profiles of the key VPA staff.

Karen Lawrence

I have 17 years business experience and I started my career with Saatchi & Saatchi in 1982 in a public relations role on the British Airways account. I have spent many years as a recruitment consultant focusing on clients in the IT financial sector which has involved a considerable amount of research and executive search and account management. I have set up managed and formed two companies successfully which has involved developing very strong administration skills. I really enjoy being given the challenge of a difficult project and enjoy completing it and delivering it successfully!

Tracy Stratton-Smith

Tracy lends her organisational and administrative skills to the group. She has just returned from Hong Kong where she spent three years contracted to Hong Kong/Shanghai based 97' Group PLC as Events Co-ordinator. Her role involved; arranging corporate dinner's; business meeting's; overseas travel and product purchasing. Always giving special attention to detail, she prides herself with each project, delivering a successful and individual service to the client!

Lara Lawrence

Lara is the artistic member of the group. Providing a service of illustration and an extensive knowledge of a variety of software packages, e.g. Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and HTML Web Development.

Lara graduated from West Surrey College of Art and Design as an illustrator and has gained experience since then of illustrating company location maps, detailed water colours and booked illustrations as a freelance artist. Her more recent experience has come from working for a computer software house where she carried out software support and training based on tailored software packages based on Microsoft Access.

Lara is a great asset to VPA for her artistic skills together with IT support and her business skills.
